（吉隆坡22日讯）由于产业项目减少以及产品组合偏向可负担房屋，恒大置地（TAMBUN,5191,主板产业组）截至2019年6月30日第二季净利下滑23.04%至1160万2000令吉，上半年净利也走低17.71%至2174万9000令吉。 第二季营业额滑跌16.72%至4009万2000令吉，以及上半年营收7541万4000令吉，共降低14.51%。 恒大置地文告表示，基于当前市况，集团谨慎推介新产业，进行中的产业项目减少，导致营收降低，加上产品组合较多为可负担房屋，致使盈利下滑。 第二季录得3700万令吉产业销售，去年同季为3100万令吉。 截至6月杪，进行中项目的平均认购率60.3%，发展总值约1亿7900万令吉，未入账销售1800万令吉，应可在接下来季度为集团盈利带来正面贡献。 该集团表示，产业市场继续面对挑战，将保持审慎，预期现财政年可取得温和表现。

（吉隆坡25日讯）恒大置地（TAMBUN,5191,主板产业组）将以1亿3100万令吉收购威省南部27块，占地209.54英亩土地，并建议为子公司──Mustiara私人有限公司提供最多1亿5000万令吉金援。 该公司发文告指出，集团将透过9100万令吉银行贷款，以及2690万令吉股东预支来为购地计划融资，同时公司将透过内部资金支付股东预支款。 一旦整个计划在今年下半年完成，恒大置地负债比将从0.16倍扩大至0.31倍，但未来盈利表现可能面对购地贷款利息开销影响。
