The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of Tambun Indah Land Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Annual Report 2019 and Corporate Governance Report 2019 of the Company are now available on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s website and the Company’s website at (https://tambunindah.investor.net.my/annual-reports).
In view of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Board is monitoring closely to determine the appropriate time to schedule the 12th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”). The date of the Company’s 12th AGM will be announced in due course and therefore, the Notice of AGM, Statement Accompanying the AGM and Proxy Form will be circulated separately to the shareholders once the date of the 12th AGM has been determined.
Shareholders may request a printed copy of the Company’s Annual Report 2019 at (http://tiih.online) by selecting “Request for Annual Report / Circular” under “Investor Services”. Alternatively, shareholders may also make the request through telephone at 03-27839299 or email ([email protected]) to the Company’s Share Registrar, Messrs. Tricor Investors & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd. The Company’s Share Registrar will send the printed Annual Report to the shareholders by post as soon as reasonably practicable upon receipt of the request.
