Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those mentioned in the announcements dated 28 January 2020 and 01 July 2020 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) dated 28 January 2020 entered between Tambun Indah and Show Chwan Medical Care Corporation (“Show Chwan”) (“Announcements”))
Further to the Announcements, the Board of Directors of Tambun Indah wishes to inform that the Company and Show Chwan had on 28 December 2020 mutually agreed to extend the duration of the MOU by another six (6) months to 27 July 2021 due to unforeseen circumstances caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
