Further to the announcement dated 31 May 2021, the Company wishes to inform that Companies Commission Malaysia (“CCM”) had approved the Company’s application for an extension of time (“EOT”) up to 28 September 2021 to convene the 13th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company pursuant to Section 340(4) of the Companies Act 2016 and also the EOT for a period of 30 days pursuant to Section 259(2) of the Companies Act 2016 to lodge with the CCM, the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 from the date of the Company’s 13th AGM.
In view of the EOT, the date of the 13th AGM of the Company together with the notice of the 13th AGM will be announced in due course.
