| The Board of Directors of Tambun Indah is pleased to announce that the Company had proposed the payment of a single tier final dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 subject to the shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The rate of the proposed final dividend is lower by 2.4 sen when compared with the rate of the final dividend declared in the previous financial year. The dividends declared is in line with the Group dividend policy of paying 40% to 60% of the Group’s net profit attributable to the shareholders, excluding any valuation gain or loss on investment properties. The entitlement date and date of payment shall be finalised and announced in due course. This announcement is dated 15 April 2025. | |||
