Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 10 November 2021. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.
The Board of Directors of Tambun Indah wishes to inform that Ascention, had held its final meeting on 15 June 2023 and pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016, Ascention shall be dissolved on the expiration of three months after the lodging of the return with the Registrar of Companies and the Official Receiver.
The Members’ Voluntary Winding-Up will not have any financial and operational impact on the Group. Save for the expenses related to the Members’ Voluntary Winding-Up, there is no expected losses, arising from the winding-up.
