| Working experience and occupation | Mr. Lim Beng Hoe has more than 30 years of working experience in property development industry and is familiar with the property development process in the northern region of Malaysia. Prior to joining the Group in July 2017, he was the General Manager of Sunway Property, Northern Region Branch (“Sunway”). He was responsible for the overall business operations of Sunway’s property division and was also involved in identifying new development opportunities. Before joining Sunway in September 2015, he was with Belleview Group for 11 years and has accumulated a wealth of experience in managing projects comprising residential, commercial and institutional development. His last held position with Belleview Group was Executive Director – Project. He does not hold any directorship in any public companies and listed issuers. |
