- Sales of Properties to Related Parties

Further to the announcement on 04 April 2013, the Company wishes to inform the following:-
1) The total amount transacted with the related parties for preceding 12 months was RM5,425,590 and these, were derived from the sales consideration of the following properties purchased by the related parties:-

2) Premcourt Development Sdn. Bhd. (Premcourt), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tambun Indah is the developer of the Straits Garden Project and the sale of Straits Garden Condominiums and Straits Garden Studio / Executive Suites are in the ordinary course of business of Premcourt which brings revenue and positive cash flow to the Group.

3) Save for Teh Kiak Seng and Teh Theng Theng, the interested directors, the Board, having considered the rationale as stated on item (2) above, is of the view that the related party transactions are in the best interest of the Company.
