The Board of Directors of Tambun is pleased to announce that the Company wishes to seek its shareholders’ approval to alter or amend the whole of the existing Memorandum & Articles of Association (“Constitutionâ€) of the Company by replacement thereof a new Constitution at the forthcoming 10th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The proposed new Constitution will be circulated to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
